Chicago Pneumatic launches CP66 series of Nutrunners
18 August 2017
This new range of ‘Nutrunners’ have high power and low in maintenance and vibration. Weighing 3.8Kg equipped with a sturdy stabilising arm to aid operator comfort they are perfect for flange related bolting applications in Industrial MRO Industries.

With models capable of delivering 1300, 2600 or 4100Nm they are highly compact and powerful and deliver the exact amount of torque when tightening or loosening bolts. Suitable for bolts from 20mm to 45mm (¾” to 1¾”) servicing is cost effective as maintenance is required on average only every 13,000 cycles, unlike the typical 10,000 cycles of comparable tools.
With accuracy of +/- 5%, they can be used in conjunction with an ATC/FRL pack for extremely fine pressure adjustment. This allows the operator to detect tightening errors by use of the visual indicator showing any pressure drops in the air system. The strong and lightweight reaction bar (SLW) is also extremely durable as it stabilises the tool and distributes its weight during operation absorbing the torque delivered by the tools powerful yet compact gearbox.
Combined these features reduce operator fatigue and avoid the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) while delivering optimum performance.
