Pumps at the heart of the action
10 October 2019
With a history dating back to 1874, Heart of Midlothian Football Club has witnessed many changes and advances over the years. Grundfos was recently at the heart of some of the action.

The central Tynecastle Park club, like the city itself, has continued to evolve and the most recent investment has seen a new main stand being added that provides seating for 20,000 people.
To maintain top-flight club status means collaborating with different partners to obtain their expertise in order to ensure the best outcome. Grundfos Pumps was delighted to work with RSP Consulting Engineers and contractor, Livingston Mechanical Services, on a recent project, to provide the optimal M&E solution.
The pump solutions were chosen for their energy efficiency and their ability to deliver the required HVAC needs, as well as ensuring there is sufficient water to meet all the various demands. The Grundfos solutions team included players drawn from the TPE family of single-stage centrifugal pumps, as well as from MAGNA3 commercial heating circulators, plus a variable speed Hydro MPC-E booster set.
Today this club lives up to its name as it plays a pivotal role at the very heart of a vibrant community. Grundfos are delighted to have been selected as part of the support network. For additional information and to learn more, please visit: www.grundfos.co.uk.
