The efficiency, control accuracy and robust design of process heating duct burners supplied by Lanemark International has enabled a leading spraybooth maintenance and refurbishment company to enhance its capability.

Beta Automotive has replaced indirect fired air heating systems with the Lanemark DB duct burner system, in which process air is heated directly by the combustion process. This has enabled it to demonstrate significant fuel savings to its customers; payback is short.

Projects often focus on spraybooth chambers that can be up to 4m wide, 8m long and 3m in height. The 10 standard sizes in the Lanemark burner range enable a suitable system to be selected for each. The duct burners can be specified with a pre-programmed sequence of spray and bake cycles.
