consumption is one of the
benefits claimed for the new
Cat EP13-20(C)PN(T) range of 48V,
3 and 4 wheeled, counterbalanced
electric lift trucks from Impact
Handling. These trucks can operate
indoors and out, whatever the
weather, so come with a number of
preset modes to suit a range of
operating conditions.
While these presets can enhance energy efficiency, the ability to fully programme each truck, to suit operational and business needs, means that their performance and efficiency can be individually optimised. Service intervals have been extended to 1000 hours due to features including maintenance free, sealed wet disc brakes, while IPx4 splash resistance and IP54 sealed traction and hydraulic motors provide added reliability to the trucks.
Designed for driver comfort the trucks have low step heights for easy access, uncluttered space for the driver, and noise levels at the driver's ear of only 66dB(A) (three-wheel models) and 67dB(A) (four-wheel models) which are said to be among the quietest available.
