Smooth Delivery From New Kluber Grease

Huddersfield based Kluber Lubrication, is now delivering Kluberfood NH1 94-6000, it’s new H1 food-grade grease.  Kluberfood NH1 94-6000 is an NLGI0000 grease for central lubrication systems and areas where a fluid grease is required.  Operating down to -45oC, the unique properties provide excellent corrosion protection and load-carrying in this soft grease.  With it’s excellent water resistance, Kluberfood NH1 94-6000 was developed for the harsh conditions found in the food processing industry.

Already in use on a number of applications, including fruit and yogurt packing equipment, Kluberfood NH1 94-6000 is operating efficiently with 3mm bore central lubrication piping over 6m lengths.  Even under these demands, no thickening of the grease, or blocking of the pipes has been seen, significantly reducing the operational costs at a major producer.

Kluberfood NH1 94-6000 is ideal for central lubrication systems, immersion lubrication of tooth and worm gears; along with other areas that require a soft grease.  It contains performance enhancing ingredients which ensure maintenance managers can benefit from extended lubrication intervals and reduced production downtime. The grease also offers good EP performance and water resistance and has an operating range of between -45°C and +120°C.

With the broadest range of NSF H1 registered food-grade lubricants, Kluberfood HN1 94-6000  is independently certified as safe for incidental food contact. It is manufactured only from FDA listed ingredients and free from animal derived materials, nut oils, soya, dairy and genetically modified ingredients.
