Reducing wear, boosting efficiency
31 March 2017
The new Klübersynth BHE 46-403 has been developed to meet the requirements of long-term lubrication of rolling bearings subject to high loads.

The design of the fully synthetic, high-temperature grease reliably contributes to extending component life across a wide service temperature range. Additives were carefully selected to provide wear and corrosion protection, and reduce frictional resistance for long runtimes.
Cornelia Recker from the Business Unit Bearing Industry at Klüber Lubrication, explains: "The new rolling bearing grease was especially developed for the lifetime and high-temperature lubrication of rolling bearings subject to sliding friction, i.e. tapered roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings and spherical roller bearings."
Klübersynth BHE 46-403 can also be used as a sealing grease or for the lubrication of rolling bearing seals, contributing to product streamlining and minimising the risk of lubricant mix-ups.
