Box of bearings
28 November 2013
Plastic specialist, igus UK has launched dry-tech box, a sample box designed to help the end-user quickly find the right bearing for the application.

The sample box includes an array of iglidur bearings, ranging from the iglidur H series, suitable for applications in corrosive environments, to the blue coloured iglidur A350 bearings, which can withstand temperatures to 180°C and are thus suitable for the food industry.
A user-friendly bearing guide highlights the key properties of each bearing. A set of card overlays is also included, which filters each material according to different criteria, making it easy and quick to find a suitable bearing.
All igus bearings have dry-running properties, which make them self-lubricating, maintenance-free, cost-effective and long-lasting.
