Forklifts' trials test
14 January 2014
Two 3t capacity diesel-powered counterbalanced models from Jungheinrich UK's short-term rental fleet have helped course builder, Avondale Management, move obstacles weighing up to 3t at Sheffield Arena.

The venue hosted the UK heats of the Indoor Trial World Championship, where motorcycle trial riders were required to negotiate a number of rounds – each of which featured a series of obstacles ranging from building skips to natural rocks and logs.
The trucks, one of which was fitted with 1.8m forks, waited 'in the wings' while each round took place, then sprang into action, ensuring obstacles were manoeuvred into position quickly and safely.
