Showcasing packaging
11 August 2016
Visitors to Schoeller Allibert’s stand at IMHX (13th to 16th September, NEC, Birmingham), will be able to view its new MaxiLog bulk container range, and Kaiman attached lid container (ALC), amongst other products.

The MaxiLog bulk container range is 20% lighter than Schoeller Allibert’s previous RTPs, helping users cut their fuel costs and carbon footprint. Built for heavy duty industrial applications, the container's strength and durability allows it to safely carry unit loads of up to 450kg. Its curved corner pillars ensure stability when stacked and increase its hygienic properties.
Schoeller Allibert’s latest modifications to its Kaiman ALC range offers improved security and reduced operational costs. The two new additions include the introduction of protective teeth on the lid, which interlock with the container base, preventing the lid from being forced open, and tamper-evident security seals. The range is 10% lighter than existing models, and the 54 and 65L models stack seven high, with the ability to carry up 25kg per unit load.
Damian Gilbertson, sales director UK & Eire of Schoeller Allibert, said: “Our products are designed to provide improved efficiency and reduced costs throughout the packaging and logistics process. The use of plastic RTP has been growing as the logistics industry finds ways to reduce the cost and environmental impact of packaging and transporting goods.”
