Are You Audit Ready?

Every audit will have specific requirements, but where lubrication is concerned an auditor will be looking for:

• Structured Documentation
• The correct and proper use of lubricants
• Cross-contamination prevention between the lubricants and the product being manufactured

Your lubricant supplier should provide you with all the relevant certificates and safety data sheets, which should be made available to the auditor. To ensure compliance with best practices it is also pertinent to have your preventative maintenance plan or plant lubrication chart at hand.

We also provide Compliance folders containing all documentation pertaining to each lubricant you have on-site, so you can be sure you have everything to hand when the auditor arrives.
