Are You Audit Ready?
15 October 2018
Customer, or certification audits are important for companies in the food processing industry, and companies can save a lot of time and money if they know what to look for.

Every audit will have specific requirements, but where lubrication is concerned an auditor will be looking for:
- Structured Documentation
- The correct and proper use of lubricants
- Cross-contamination prevention between the lubricants and the product being manufactured
Your lubricant supplier should provide you with all the relevant certificates and safety data sheets, which should be made available to the auditor. To ensure compliance with best practices it is also pertinent to have your preventative maintenance plan or plant lubrication chart at hand.
Safety as Standard
At Klüber Lubrication we work with our customers to make the auditing process easier by providing FREE lubrication health checks, support our customers with full structural audits showing areas for improvement, as well as on-site support and training if required as part of a World Class Lubrication process. We also provide Compliance folders containing all documentation pertaining to each lubricant you have on-site, so you can be sure you have everything to hand when the auditor arrives.
