Data logging addition

The Control C.2 system with 7in touch display has been made even more efficient. After the PFM option for quality assurance and the tracking of product and machine data, Uniflex now supplies the Control C.2 also with the UDL option as standard software.  

If requested, UDL exactly records all crimping processes (product parameters, crimping dimensions, crimping pressure, time, quantity, etc.). You only need a USB stick in order to download data, and you will immediately get an XML file that you can evaluate at the PC.

The company says this simplifies the quality assurance, batch tracking, procurement and production management processes and helps users to operate their Uniflex hydraulic press with Touch Control C.2 more productively.
