Vortex-powered cabinet coolers suitable for wet environments
13 March 2019
A new range of cabinet coolers, powered by a vortex tube, are an alternative to traditional chiller units in wet, humid, dusty or dirty environments.

Manufactured by compressed air enhancement company, Nexflow, and available in the UK from The Air Nozzle People, these new vortex powered coolers are suitable for cabinets and enclosures that require up to 3kW of cooling.
As a result of the vortex tube feature cooling is achieved without moving parts, refrigerant or the need for external power other than the compressed air line that feeds the tube. With its patent-pending design, the Nexflow cabinet coolers have NEMA 4-4x or IP66 ratings, making them suitable for use in wet environments that experience heavy wash downs.
The compact units are said to be easy to retrofit and highly reliable.
