putting safety firmly on the agenda
again this year, with the announcement
of its national Safety Conference 2010
which will take place on September
22nd at Warwick University.
The theme of the event will be The Bigger Picture, with a focus on the issues that relate directly to management. Subjects will include strategic planning, insurance and legal issues - including corporate manslaughter - supervisory issues and training. A full line-up of speakers and specific topics will be confirmed over the next few weeks.
The conference will again be sponsored by Calor, which enables the FLTA to set a delegate price of £107 plus VAT for non-members.
