Humidity control
27 September 2013
Airtec Easyline high pressure air humidification systems from Humidity Solutions provide an energy-efficient solution for storage facilities requiring precise humidity control and can also provide up to 10°C adiabatic cooling with minimal energy consumption.

The EasyLine design is based on modular components to facilitate installation in new and existing facilities, with a choice of three different atomisers for a tailor-made solution. At the heart of the system is a self-contained control unit which includes an inverter controlled pump for precise humidity production, from 12 to 600L/h, and energy consumption as low as 6W/L – 10x less than some systems.
The humidity of the air is increased by injecting a micro-fine mist directly into the space, where it evaporates almost instantly. As it changes from water to vapour it takes heat energy from the air to provide local cooling.
