SIGMA Profile Air ends - all HPC compressors feature large, low speed SIGMA Profile air ends equipped with flow-optimised rotors for superior efficiency. In combination with additional measures, such as the minimisation of internal pressure losses, HPC’s energy efficient design has resulted in optimal specific power ratings.

Super Premium Efficiency IE4 and Premium Efficiency IE3 Motors - Most HPC screw compressors are powered by the very latest super premium and premium efficiency electric drive motors for maximum efficiency and reliability. Obligatory in the EU from 2015, HPC customers have for several years enjoyed the cost saving benefits available from IE3 motors. Furthermore, the latest BSD series features the latest super premium efficiency IE4 motors.

Dry Running ‘Oil-Free’ compressors
HPC KAESER is able to offer total peace of mind where high quality compressed air cannot be compromised via a comprehensive range of high efficiency ‘Oil-Free’ two-stage rotary screw compressors.

The CSG; DSG and FSG Dry Running compressors provide air capacity up to 52m³/min at delivery pressures ranging from 4 to 10 bar.g. All compressors are available as either air or water cooled versions, with motor sizes ranging from 37 to 355KW.

To complement this range and provide the most energy efficient solution to satisfy fluctuating air demands, a variable speed (SFC) version is available on every motor variant from 55KW.
