Integrated air solution
20 July 2015
Hydrovane, part of the Gardner Denver Group, has launched its new Air Solution that combines a rotary vane compressor with a range of ancillary equipment including an air receiver, dryer and in-line filtration.

With packaged models from 4 to 22kW, the Air Solution offers an easily integrated solution and Hydrovane says it enables customers to realise savings by choosing a single source supplier for all aspects of a compressed air system.
Air Solution is supplied as a factory built package for ease of installation or as a kit for assembly on site. It features a fully enclosed, silenced compressor with three equipment options. These range from a compressor with an integrated air receiver to a fully connected and ready to run system with air receiver, refrigerant dryer and in-line filtration. Air Solution is also available with a regulated-speed compressor option that continually adapts to meet air demands whilst maintaining energy efficiency.
Hydrovane has also developed an open frame, fixed speed compressor series (1.1 to 4kW) featuring an air receiver, membrane dryer technology and in-line filtration. Supplied in a horizontal format, this offers a solution when a fully enclosed unit is not required.
All products in the range feature a host of intelligent design improvements that deliver high energy efficiency and performance, including automatic start/stop, low noise levels, ultra dry air and 'oil free' filtration down to 0.01 micron.
Ease of maintenance has been considered, with easy-access components to ensure routine service times can be kept to a minimum. Air Solution packages are also available with Hydrovane’s Advance 10 year extended warranty.
Commenting on the Air Solution range, Andy Webb, Hydrovane product manager at Gardner Denver said: "Feedback from the market shows that customers want to invest in a compressed air solution that has been optimised to perform as a complete package, rather than building a system around several component parts.
"Building on the success of existing Hydrovane 1.1 to 4kW compressor packages, the new Air Solution was designed as a factory built package, with easy configuration and fast and simple installation, in a range of sizes to suit many industrial compressed air applications.
"In addition, the new products offer lower production costs, improved energy efficiency and reduced downtime through streamlined routine maintenance as all aspects of the compressed air system can be serviced in one visit by a fully trained and authorised Gardner Denver engineer.”
