Maintenance packages

In recognition of the demands put on abrasive blasting equipment and the critical part it often plays in a company’s business, Hodge Clemco has added three preventive maintenance packages to its Emergency and Health Check services.

These are carried out by a nationwide team and take into account of the usage and importance of blasting equipment to different customers.

Bronze provides a single visit to service the machines on a company’s premises. HC service staff carry out an inspection of the equipment, a full service and minor adjustments and provide a condition report and a quotation for any spares required.

Silver package customers specify the number of visits they require each year and book them in advance, resulting in regular maintenance that ensures equipment is working efficiently and with minimal risk of breakdowns. Technical support is available free-of-charge during working hours as well as a discount on emergency call-out charges.

Gold service includes an agreed number of visits based on Hodge Clemco’s assessment of usage, the importance of fully functioning equipment to the business and the specific type of equipment being used. Any emergency call-outs are free-of-charge and prioritised.
