Rainford Precision Displays Air Driven Spindles
22 September 2016
Working with hand tools is always quite an emotive subject as normally the person placing the order never uses what they have purchased and lots of decisions are based purely on cost. In today’s modern working practices more consideration needs to be placed on comfort or lack of vibration which can cause injury or white finger syndrome.

This includes the quietness of the hand tool that will not only be of benefit to the operator but also the whole of the working environment. From a performance point of view the hand tool should have a drive system that does not slow down when contact with the workpiece is made and where the power is constant.
At the Northern Manufacturing Show at EventCity, Manchester, Rainford Precision will be able to introduce all these benefits to visitors on Stand F80 with their Air Turbine Technology® air driven spindles. These hand held spindles are available in a wide variety of configurations with different spindle speeds available from 25,000 to 90,000 rpm, with or without integral trigger switches, collet capacities of 3 or 6 mm and spindle designs to suit the application, be it rugged de-burring or the finesse of machining wood , plastics or fibreglass.
Further investigation will reap benefits to users, call Rainford Precision on 01744 889726.
