Fifty years after introducing its vertical tubeless boiler, Fulton Boiler Works (GB) has launched the VMP, a new range of vertical boilers combining high output and efficiency with a small footprint and low maintenance.

The seven-model range of vertical multi-port tubeless steam boilers features multiport thick walled pipes with removable, full-length turbulators that give uniform heat transfer and speed-up boiler start time. The Schedule 80 constructed exhaust pipes reduce maintenance by eliminating the need to replace worn or broken tubes.

The range, with Fulton designed and made LoNOx power burner which fires down the length of the furnace, can be supplied with gas, oil or dual-fuel fired burners. Outputs range from 80 to 150hp (784 to 1471kW); maximum fuel-to-steam operating efficiency of 85%.
