Energy efficient Matrix fan coil units enable each air duct / grille to be balanced for air volume through fan speed alone, removing the need for costly, noisy volume control dampers and their time consuming installation.
Buildings shortlisted were drawn from those achieving BREEAM 'excellent' ratings during 2009.
