Fifty years after introducing its vertical tubeless boiler, Fulton has launched the VMP, a new range of vertical boilers that combine high output and efficiency with a small footprint and low maintenance.

The seven-model range of vertical tubeless steam boilers features multiport thick walled pipes with removable, full-length turbulators that are designed to provide uniform heat transfer and speed up boiler start time. The Schedule 80 constructed exhaust pipes reduce maintenance by eliminating the need to replace worn or broken tubes.

The range has a Fulton-designed and manufactured LoNOx power burner that fires down the full length of the furnace, and can be supplied with gas, oil or dual-fuel fired burners. Outputs range from 80 to 150hp (784 to 1471kw) with a maximum fuel-to-steam operating efficiency of 85%.
