One runs continuously; the other operates on-demand. Together they raise steam for autoclave sterilisation services and supply-air humidification for research facilities.
To improve steam quality and boiler efficiency, original supplier, Fulton installed a prototype modulating burner on the primary 60J boiler. Following a 12-month trial period, the revised burners have passed with flying colours.
