Power, precision & rigidity
23 January 2015
At Southern Manufacturing, workholding specialist Hainbuch will be demonstrating its extensive range of static and rotary workholding products.

The all-rounder of manual vices, the Hainbuch MANOK features quality holding power, precision and rigidity. Customers can also mount an end-stop to the MANOK quickly and easily: simply fasten the inside end-stop directly onto your machine tool table or mount a front end-stop on the face of the clamping taper.
The MANOK is not only practical and economical, it's versatile too thanks to an integrated actuation lever that functions as an additional force accumulator and acts as an anti-vibration device during milling. The MANOK is suitable for a 5-sided machining with a repeatability of less than 0.01 mm. It also makes sensitive manual clamping possible.
Also on show will be the TestIt series for testing clamping forces. TestIt can conduct clamping force measurement for O.D. and I.D clamping, can be used rotating [under RPM] and for stationary applications, and it has data transmission via Bluetooth to a PC or notebook.
