Thermal Fluid Heaters

 

As they do not involve water treatment, condensate return or blow-down systems, they can be more cost-effective than steam boilers.

Modulating gas, oil, dual fuel and low emissions gas burners are available.

The heaters are designed to allow for high fluid velocities and low film temperatures, which translates into system longevity.

Heaters are built and tested in accordance with ASME Code Section I or ASME Code Section VIII, Div. 1.

• FT-C thermal fluid heater
   

The Fulton FT-C Thermal Fluid Heater offers a compact fuel fired 4-pass heater design capable of operating temperatures up to 345°C.

The heater is designed to allow for high fluid velocities and low film temperatures, which translates into system longevity. It is highly efficient and its ability to be skid-mounted means minimal floor space is required.

• FT-N thermal fluid heater
   

The Fulton FT-N Thermal Fluid Heater offers a compact vertical heater design capable of operating temperatures up to 340°C. It has low watt density elements, therefore low film temperatures and long element life. Optionally, it is available as a skid-mounted package.

• FT-HC thermal fluid heater
   

The Fulton FT-HC Thermal Fluid Heater offers a compact horizontal 3-pass heater design capable of operating temperatures up to 345°C. It offers low emission gas burners and alternative fuel capabilities. It is also available as a packaged skid-mounted system.
