Engineering challenge

The ERIKS Automation UK Engineering Challenge 2013, a new competition offering a prize of £5000 worth of design time, has now been launched.

Entrants must submit an outline of an automation project which is currently at the concept stage. Submissions will be judged by an expert panel and a winner selected to receive up to £5000 of design and development work (equivalent to 40 engineering hours). The winner, and two runners-up, will also receive a Landrover Experience. Deadline for entries is 13th December; the winner will be announced in January 2014.
