05 May 2015
Contact Attachments has provided one of its Low Liner Jibs to Technical Valve Services to help streamline operations and provide a safer way of loading products.
Sudhir Jaycee, production engineer at Technical Valve Services, explained: "We’re required to fire test our products on a rig, which can prove challenging due to the lengths of our loads. The Low Liner Jib has made the process a lot safer, and allows us to manage different loads with ease. The team at Contact Attachments was extremely helpful and gave us the information and product suited to our precise requirements.”
The Low Liner Jib is one of Contact Attachments’ most popular and inexpensive forklift jibs, and provides long reach capabilities for products difficult to palletise and from hard-to-access positions. With a fixed beam length of 1800mm and six different lifting location points, the jib is provided with a heel pin retention for enhanced security to the parent forklift truck.
Jason Cadman, technical sales consultant at Contact Attachments, explained: "This is a very popular choice of forklift jib because it’s a very versatile product that can be used across a variety of applications, for businesses of all shapes and sizes. The Low Liner Jib is fully tested and certified to comply with the latest health and safety regulations, so that companies like Technical Valve Services can rest-assured of a quality product that will assist their operations for a long time.”
