Versatile digital flame analysis
25 November 2015
Available from Lamtec, the F300K flame scanners offer digital flame analysis in both the UV & IR spectral ranges, making them suitable for almost all combustion applications.

Each model employs a semi-conductor sensor with dual processors to allow for continuous operation. The F300K is a single unit compact flame scanner which includes amplifier and relay units.
The new F300K UVIR-1 model has dual UV & IR sensors making it one of the most versatile flame scanners on the market. It is suitable for challenging applications, such as multi-burner installations, where diverse fuels are used or where there is excessive background radiation.
Three channels allow for specific detection parameters to be applied for different fuels and operational situations – effectively the F300K is three scanners in one.
Up to 32 F300K scanners can be networked and connected to a PC for real-time flame analysis and trend-logging.
The F300K has an operating range of -40°C/+85°C which can be further extended using heating jackets and air cooling housings. A comprehensive range of mounting accessories is available to facilitate ease of use.
The standard housing is IP67 rated and certified for use in Hazardous areas to Ex Zone 2.
