Chicago Pneumatic has unveiled its first composite angle grinder for the MRO industrial market. The new CP75XX series is one of the most powerful angle grinders on the market and is suitable for panel cutting, surface preparation, weld seam removal and frame grinding.

The CP75 series has a 1.1HP (840W) governed motor, providing a high material removal rate enabling users to reduce the time taken to complete their tasks. The new series is available in 4in, 4.5in and 5in grinding wheels, cutting wheels, flap wheels; providing versatility. The high quality bevel gears and durable design provide 1000 hours between maintenance.
As a composite tool, this series weighs 1.6kg and measures 270mm in length. It provides users with ease of manoeuverability and handling and is suitable for delicate work such as panel cutting. The head is made from aluminum, the body from steel and aluminum with a composite over moulded grip which insulates the operator’s hand from the cold.
